had a great stay in belfast and lagan backpackers exceeded expectations. cozy atmosphere, helpful staff, and a well-stocked kitchen made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. highly recommend!

heaters were not working properly

Great location in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores. Friendly and fun staff who made the stay enjoyable.- Clean and comfortable beds with cozy blankets.

Poor ventilation and stuffiness throughout the entire place. Inadequate storage and lack of functioning showers.

The staff at this hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered free printing and laundry services, which were a great perk. The location was a bit of a walk from the city center, but it was worth it for the cheap price.

The shower room doors were difficult to open, you had to really pull on the hook. the sockets in the room didn't work well.

The location of the hostel was great, surrounded by nice dining places, cafes, pubs, and supermarkets. It was also conveniently located near popular attractions such as the Botanic Garden and Ulster Museum. the staff was nice and helpful, and the bathrooms were cleaner than other more expensive hostels.

The common room was very small and poorly ventilated.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to bus stops and within walking distance to most attractions was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. the beds were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The floors appeared to be neglected and not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene was lacking.

my recent stay at lagan backpackers in belfast was amazing. the staff was super friendly and helpful, the dorm room was clean and comfortable with nice privacy curtains. the location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. highly recommend for a great value youth hostel experience!

Heating was an issue.

The location of the hostel was great, just a short walk from the train station and not too far from the city center. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The reception even stayed open on a Sunday so we could store our luggage after check out. The free basic breakfast was a nice touch to start off the day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel in Belfast. The location was very convenient, close to the Botanic Gardens and public transportation. The highlight of my stay was the delicious full English breakfast they served. The volunteer staff were friendly and made the dining area a fun place to hang out. The toilets were clean, which was a big plus. Although there were some issues with the lockers in the rooms, overall I had a great experience. I would definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Belfast. I highly recommend this hostel for its location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast.
